Sellers Terms and Conditions
At The Beekeeping shop our sole goal is to provide the highest level of customer care, premium quality beekeeping products, and education about out honey bees and pollinators, in order to improve the environment, planting of forage and the health of our honey bees.
TERMS & CONDITIONS (Updated March 2022)
GENERAL
The Beekeeping shop aim to have all orders dispatched within two business days of purchasing. An exception to this would be if an item needs to be made specifically, in which case the customer would be notified as soon as is possible.
All bespoke items are made to order unless stated otherwise. All personalised items are made to order, and the spellings remain the responsibility of the customers to ensure they are correct, as mistakes on the customer’s side will not be refundable. Replacement items or refunds will be issued if the spelling mistake is an error made by The Beekeeping Shop.
All items may slightly differ from the pictures due to the nature of the ingredients used, such as raw beeswax, Pine or Cedarwood
The Beekeeping Shop will aim to keep them as close to matching the picture as possible.
PAYMENT METHODS
All prices include VAT where applicable, but please note that Bees and Honey are 0% VAT
The beekeeping Shop accept the following payment methods :
PayPal via direct payment or via an invoice sent upon request. PayPal is the method used for payments made via our web shop, our own website, eBay and our Facebook Page.
Amazon Payments / Pay with Amazon is available on our website.
Applepay is Available On our Website.
We accept most major credit & debit cards.
Full payment is required before any order is dispatched, or before any work is started on an item or a pre-made item is dispatched. Deposits are available on some items, with payment in full prior to dispatch.
DELIVERY TIMES & COSTS
The Beekeeping Shop aim to send all orders out within two business day of payment being received.
The Beekeeping use Royal Mail for shipping our parcels out, in addition to DPD for heavier items. If another carrier is required, we will aim to advise the customer as soon as possible.
Next day delivery option is available on some items. Please check postal rates for availability and postal charges.
Charges for delivery are dependent on dimensions and weight of package.
RETURNS
All items are checked thoroughly for damage, breakages and quality prior to dispatch.
If an item is damaged in transit, then notification and photographs of package, and the damaged item, must be sent within 24 hours of receiving the package to
support@the-beekeeping-shop.co.uk so we can issue a refund or replacement.
Any items no longer required by the customer must be notified to The Beekeeping Shop via sales@the-beeekeeping-shop.co.uk within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time the item will only be partially refunded to the customer, with signed for return postage being payable by the customer. It is The Beekeeping Shops discretion to decide what percentage of refund will be offered for the item.
